Fire Outbreak at LUTH
There is a serious fire outbreak going on right now at LUTH. The source of the fire is yet unknown, but we have got patients who are trapped in side the building. The fire is still on going. Please Help!
Dearest, the extent of the damage will be ascertained after the fire has been put out. Not before. Commenting isn't key. Putting it out and saving lives is what is key. People on ground should be more concerned with that rather than doing the job of a photographer. Kids were reportedly trapped. If any of your kid was there, is the first thing you will do to snap photos? I think not.
seriously... But There's a fire station next to d post office right accross d road.Even if they used 50lts jericans they would have still made it to lasuth in less than a minute.God help us all.AMEN
seriously.... But there is a fire station close to d Ikeja post office right accross d road and even if they move with 50ltrs jericans they would have still made it accross d road in less than a minute.Housefifty
Abeg Ladun, Lasuth and Luth are two different places. The fire was at APIN in Luth, and it is the centre for HIV/AIDS. It is an out-patients department so NO life, patients or any other, was lost. The building was made completely of wood and hence the speed at which it burnt down! Imagine the millions of dollars worth of free drugs gone, and the patients information, that i hoped was backed up. One of the most efficient centres in Luth as it is run/sponsored by WHO/UNAIDs.
@classysassy really na wao but how come they didn't make it fire proof now?because westerners especially oyinbo don't play with their lives and well being o so health and safety is always on point
Just leave it at westerners!! Cuz I dunno how many north americans or black americans love playing with their lives ... Always kissing oyibo peoples ass ...
Waiting for that village illiterate to complain about non-Yorubas typing in Yoruba. Ladun be careful about the kind of village comments you allow on your blog.
Lol! LLB 'commenters' u bunch always crack me up, evn in d most serz issues, u still find a way to talk back nd diss. Na wa. Sad @ d fire incident tho. Nd I'm sorry fr their loss.
Madam I too know sassy chic, pls stop misinforming ppl. AIDS Prevention Initiative in Nigeria APIN has nothing to do with WHO or UNAIDS. It is a Harvard School of Public Health program sponsored by an award/grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
