its no liposuction baby,if u want to loose weight and u mean it, u will lose it fine.. my cousin sister was a size 14 and she decided to loose,after 6months of intense early morning jogging,aerobics and going to the gym,she now wears size 8 with me... and shes well tonned, u need to see her flat tommy,my God,i didnt even know she had such body until she slimmed down.....
